*** Continuing Educational Units (CEU’s) can be claimed for all attending therapists. This course has been approved for seven (7) CE hours for PT/PTA, OT/OTA. No partial credit. You must attend the entire conference to receive CE. Due to large demand last year the course will be limited to the first 300 registrants

Registration and Cost: Register Online or download the Registration Form (PDF). The form can be copied and distributed for course registration. Cost of the course is $125 per individual if registered BEFORE August 8th, 2017. The cost for those registering AFTER August 8th is $175. A light breakfast and buffet lunch WILL BE PROVIDED for all participants who attend this conference.
