Our physicians and staff work together to ensure that patients receive complete orthopedic care, whether surgical or nonsurgical, for problems of the bones, joints and muscles. SOI physicians are board certified in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. The team is composed of a Shoulder Specialist, Hand Specialist , Foot and Ankle Specialist, and two Physicians with 55 combined years of Hip and Knee Procedures. SOI Physicians are known regionally and throughout the world as leaders in their fields. They lecture frequently, train others and develop new surgical techniques and many of the breakthrough hardware used in today’s surgeries.
Job Title: X-ray Technician
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled orthopedic X-ray Technician to join our medical team. As an X-ray Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care by performing diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray and other imaging modalities. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment that values professionalism and patient-centered care.
Duties:
– Conducting X-ray imaging procedures following established protocols and physician orders.
– Operating and maintaining imaging equipment with precision and adherence to safety standards.
– Collaborating with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation of imaging results.
– Providing compassionate care to patients during procedures, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
– Maintaining detailed records of patient information, examination results, and equipment maintenance logs.
Requirements:
– Certification as an X-ray Technician.
– Proficiency in performing X-ray procedures.
– Experience working in an orthopedic setting is preferred.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Commitment to upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
